酒店服务员很热心，酒店的事，房间看上去跟四星级的档次相当，感觉温馨舒适，早餐也很丰富。唯一的缺陷就是停车场是公用停车场，所以没有明显标识，必须在打听才能找到。

房间比较大，床品毛巾乾净衞生，前台客房餐厅服务热情，停车方便，早餐丰富，有手拉麪。酒店对面就是新世纪购物中心，吃饭方便。马路对面就是柳湖，值得一游。就是房间除味需要加强。

酒店非常乾净，大厅设施很齐全，还有打招呼的服务机器人，前台服务很热情，房间衞生乾净，关键是服务也非常好，早餐也很丰富，有牛肉麪，周边吃的地方很多，非常方便！很不错！！！
