设备陈旧，空调噪音太大，房间旁边是配电室和电梯井，噪音很大，严重影响睡眠，换了房间还是一样。估计顶楼几间客房都差不多。住的房间是1203，工作人员可以自己尝试一下那种环境能否接受，第一次开的1207，离旁边平台上的设备太近，嗡嗡嗡的声音很大，换到1203又是其他噪音，就住一晚上，也就凑合得了。隔音也很差，隔壁聊天声音听的很清楚。

餐食正常，衞生也还行，就是受不了下水堵塞的，会感觉很脏，没事定期组织人掏一掏，清理一下。

酒店的设施非常新，前台服务热情周到，房间布局合理，停车很方便。到沙湖来玩住在这里是很方便的，沙湖的玉皇阁有时间也可以看看。

这家酒店整体还算过得去。衞生状况和环境都处於中等水平，日常居住的整洁度能基本保证，周围环境也不会让人觉得不适。服务方面同样尚可，工作人员态度热情，有需求时能得到回应。不过设施就比较一般了，部分设备可能有些老旧，功能上虽能满足基础使用，但缺乏亮点，追求高品质体验的话可能会觉得不够理想。如果是预算有限、只需要一个简单落脚处的话，还是可以考虑的。

前台服务非常好，就是在一些细节上可能衔接不到位，早餐的时候出了点小问题，反应前台後，经理及时了解情况，及时沟通处理问题！并且送了点小礼品，态度非常好，下次还会入住！
