  【优点】酒店的服务特别好。每个员工都是笑脸相迎，特别是我们的管家518小朱，还有接待的前台467小念，非常耐心地解答我们的疑问。这次住的房间很大，设施设备整体还行。淘气堡孩子很爱玩。餐厅也还可以。 【缺点】房间的设备有点旧，马桶不是智能的，窗帘也不是自动的，当然这不是大问题。大问题是空调的不制暖，大冬天的根本没法洗澡，晚上也睡不好。当然服务员态度很好地送了电暖气上来。酒店在南边，但是平潭的景点在北边，所以比较远。这个大家可以考虑一下... 【建议】洗衣房的指引做得大一点，比如一个立式的牌子。在走廊找了半天，冻**。洗衣机的操作，既然不准那就贴点，免得误导。餐厅的指示也不够清楚，要到处问。

  酒店非常宽敞，停车场也很大，所处位置周边都是可以吃饭的店铺，出行非常便利，还有充电桩，服务热情周到细致，特别是工号518员工的专业、贴心、主动到位，下次还来。

  应该是平潭岛最好的酒店，酒店设计，硬件设施都是高大上，衞生整洁，自助餐出品特别棒。周围高楼大厦林立，街道整洁乾净，商铺林立，餐饮遍布，停车场超级大，这家酒店印象特别好，！
