一：服务员坐地起价，到店后128元房间要价248元，经反复交涉同意入住；
二：入住时收取押金500元，拒不返还（房间查验无问题），经协调110等机关方予返还；
三：服务人员态度、素质低下，态度极其恶劣，声称客户使用携程诈骗。
