环境不错，有明清古典的气息，服务也好，在这里还可以优惠买到《再见平遥》的门票，是歌不错的选择，就是离南大街有点远。

一次不愉快的入住。卫生环境较差，卫生间积水严重，晚上洗澡水不热。前台态度很生硬。到平遥，还是住古城外的品牌连锁店较舒心。

酒店是在提前一个月在艺龙订的，去了居然说没有我们的信息，耽误了很久。之后给我们安排了一个最靠门的最小的房间，我们两个女生哎，一点不为安全性考虑吗？而且实际的房间非常小，非常旧，完全和预定的图片不符合好吗！因为我5月份就订了端午的酒店，所以价格没有太高，老板娘就一直在隐晦的说我们占了便宜还不满足！而且这还是最后一间房，我们根本没有换的可能，只能硬着头皮住下来。酒店条件也很不好，有苍蝇，灯也有不亮的，最大的重点是洗手间洗澡之后不能下水，完全水漫金山拖鞋汤着走。总之绝对不推荐，强烈差评！！！
