客栈在平遥古城内西大街，还提供到站（本人是4.30晚上坐火车过去的，到站5.1早上7点多）接送，到客栈以后，老板说前一天晚上客房已经住满了，客人还没退房，建议我们过会儿过来，东西可以先寄存在客栈，于是出外面吃了个早餐回来9点，还是没房间，估计一时半会儿都没房，所以就把多余的行旅都扔客栈，逛古城去，回来12点多，正常入住。订的是土炕房，本来还想体验下睡土炕的感觉，可是土炕只是一个装饰了，另外装了暖气，空调。房间有点儿油漆味，其他都还好。第二天早上本来还说有早餐，不过9点多才去，老板说7：30-8：30才有。前一天没逛完，这天继续逛，房先退了，行旅可以继续寄放客栈。退房时索要发票，是定额发票，我也没仔细看，直接放包里了，后来才发现是餐饮发票。
