房间挺不错的，装修风格是新中式，进门有个巷子很漂亮，里面有个院子也挺好的，早饭很丰盛，每天都不一样，都是现做的早饭，挺好吃的，有接送站服务，管家都是一米九的小伙子，会帮忙拿行李，很热情，还帮我们送了东西到吃饭的饭店，前台都是美女，讲话很温柔，很细心，主动介绍了古城，酒店能帮忙定古城游玩的包车和讲解，整体服务都很好，很满意的一次入住

酒店位置很好，就在古城边的巷子里，闹中取静。院子古色古香，非常漂亮，我们闺蜜游，订的套房，有一张大床和一张很大的炕。早餐很丰盛，红烧牛肉都是早上现做的，很好吃。最最关键的是服务非常好，我们车停在城外的停车场，他们会安排观光电瓶车送我们到酒店附近，行李全程不用管，小帅哥们都会负责送到房间，退房后也会把行李搬上车。整体很满意，值得推荐

非常有温度的一家酒店，环境幽静又格调，服务温暖周到，酒店所有的小哥哥小姐姐的微笑很温暖。房间布置温馨，也很人性化，我们这个小阁楼要是有小朋友来一定特别开心。早餐是预约的都是现场炒制，味道非常赞！我粗心大意的把帽子落在旅拍店了，大晚上才想起来，管家小哥哥特意跑了一趟给我拿回来。退房时候还送了厨师自己做的香迷糊的牛肉酱和月饼，还有一袋小米，真是非常愉快的一次行程！对了，这个酒店还能偶遇明星呦嘿嘿

Absolute gem of a place right in the centre of the ancient town of Pingyao. Owners were incredibly accommodating of our travel needs, making us a takeaway breakfast and getting to the station for 7am. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. You’ll not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is incredible and cared very much about us. The hotel is beautiful and well furnished. Breakfast is very good and generous. Perfect location. Peaceful location in a buoyant city.

Very clean room, perfect location and great staff. It was very quiet at night I got a very good sleep. We got a pickup from the train station to the hotel and back, that was very helpful.

The stay was just perfect ?? it started with a pre-message on WeChat to organize the smooth pickup from the railway station. After that we had a very warm and friendly welcome at the hotel. The environment and the yard are so cozy, quiet and beautiful. The room itself was very lovely and super clean. All important things were available. A perfect mix of modern luxury and ancient architecture. The WeChat service was available all the time and responded very quickly, staff was amazingly friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and tasty, didn’t except such a delicious breakfast in a “small” city. Better than many 5 star hotels. Checkout was smooth and transfer back to the train station well organized in advanced. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended! Thanks to all the stuff for this great experience.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Leisure Hotel Pingyao. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff even picked us up from the city wall, which made getting to the hotel super convenient. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both meals were absolutely scrumptious! The location is ideal too—just off the main crowded streets, so it's peaceful but still close to everything.
The only minor issue we had was with the air conditioning, which was a bit on the warm side. Even though the outside temperature was in the low tens (Celsius), we prefer sleeping in cooler conditions and had some trouble adjusting the room temperature. That aside, our stay was memorable and very comfortable overall. Highly recommend you to stay at their accommodation!
