特别好，老板早早的在高铁站等着接站，丝滑入住，院子乾净整洁。有什麽问题也会积极解决，当天回去的飞机??晚点了，还给我们延时退房。非常愉快的入住经历，推荐给朋友。

房间很有山西特色，小院很乾净，每个房间前面都有一个小桌子，晚上喝点茶很舒服。老板很年轻，热心，主动接送。帮我们买又见平遥的演出，比自己买便宜，还送我们过去，很感激。老板家的醋还特别好，自己酿的，买了好多送人。值得推荐。

房间衞生很不错，老板人很好，到了上东门去接的我们，第二天要续住下单晚了，没我要的房型了，老板免费给我升级豪华房，我们回来的时候帮我们叫了车送站，感谢！下次去玩还住翰乾阁！

一家四大一小在平遥古城住了翰乾阁三晚，特别舒服，店家服务热情周到，房间乾净衞生，这个天气晚上在院子里小坐一下，还有一丝凉意，特别舒服。此次山西之旅超满意，一路上看的震撼，住的舒心，遇见的人也都超好，下次再来！
