I could not ask for anything’s else.
First I booked other hotel close to Pingyao Ancient city but too much noise. I decide to move to Mercure and that was the best decision I made.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed.
The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night.
What truly stood out was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Excellent service! The newly furnished rooms were very comfortable (great mattress / good size / smart toilet) and the hotel was also equipped with excellent amenities (laundry, gym).

平遥县最体面性价比最高的酒店，没有之一。广州的美居酒店在北京楼要800多一晚上，这里只需要303元。而且四星酒店该有的都有，咖啡和茶饮都是比较高级的挂耳和进口茶包。差旅需要的洗衣房也有，都是设定好的不用自己加洗衣液消毒水。乾衣机温度也足够可以消毒衣服。

和男朋友来平遥旅游，因为看到携程评分很高，所以抱着试试的态度，结果真的真的被惊艳到了。首先，酒店有很大的地上和地下免费停车场，停车很安心，对於我们自驾出行真的很方便很方便，其次，一进大堂就是高大上的感觉，低调奢华有档次，装修真的很不错，应该属於平遥最好的酒店了，前台小姐姐都很热情的为我们办理入住，替我们提拿行李，奉上热心暖茶，真的让人心里很舒服很暖心，进到房间乾净整洁，尤其是迷你吧，有挂耳咖啡还有沙棘汁，配备真的很贴心，房间使用的家俱和物品都是高品质的品牌好物，想必老板一定很有品位，还有早餐超级可口，健身房洗衣房一应俱全使用起来很方便，阿姨和餐厅工作人员服务都特别热情，态度很好，大力表扬，退房还送了伴手礼，真的是一次超级愉快的入住，爆赞??????，强烈推荐给大家！！！

位置：交通便利。来平遥出差，有免费的接送站服务，师傅有礼貌，主动提行李，很方便。
早餐：早餐很好吃，住过平遥很多的酒店，就这家早餐丰富又好吃，非常棒。
服务：酒店整体工作人员服务都很好，可以及时满足我的需求，礼貌问候，态度热情。退房有伴手礼。
设施：不得不夸夸酒店的装修，很不错，入住期间很舒适，房间很安静，床垫舒适，吹风机不错，整体相当满意。
以後出差都住这里，强烈推荐！！！
