非常满意的酒店！硬体设施非常好，比起其他的客栈，非常值得。地理位置佳，就在步行街上，而去前台人员也很耐心，门口的咖啡也方便。

客栈位置不错，但除此之外全是槽点，清明节600一晚的豪华大炕床，只有两条浴巾没有毛巾…只有两个小杯子需要自己要洗漱杯…连一次性梳子都没有要自己跑出去买…洗澡要放半天冷水才能有热水…房间里只有两个椅子连个挂衣服的地方都没有…之前看到5分好评订了这里，现在知道好评一定是刷的…这样做生意跟抢钱有区别吗？能长久吗？非常不满意！

评价都是刷的吗？这价格，没有早饭，没有接送站，没有卫生打扫，没有洗漱用品，一会没热水，一会没冷水，半夜暖气管子被敲的梆梆响，晚上睡觉院子的大灯笼照的人睡不着，所有打交道的店员甚至连句问候都没有，这是山西的民风吗？？简直大跌眼镜，体验差到无语。
