住在西海院，干净整洁方便，很有老城味道。早餐自助。外来车全部要停在城外，酒店有专门停车场，一夜20，步行10分钟。总之很好，有住在平遥古城里过活的感觉。

酒店地理位置好，交通方便。环境不错，服务很好，就是设施一般，尤其卫生间设计、设施一般，卫生用品一般，早餐一般，服务不错，有接送站服务，但需要提前预约。

早餐非常丰盛！无需加床，一个大通炕，古色古香，5、6个人都能躺下！位置就在大戏院里，原汁原味的大宅院！

房间很小，炕比较硬，毛巾旧，洗澡喷头该换了，卫生打扫不怎么好，桌子都没擦，能看出有土。早餐欠佳，以前住过平遥会馆，感觉没有那边好。
