老板娘服务很周到，下高速后联系的，确定好位置有车来接，走时有车送。晚上有点冷，想加床被子，老板娘没一会儿就送过来了。客栈的位置很好，紧挨着县衙，可以早上一开门就去，人少

客栈就在平遥古城步行街上，位置相当好，环境也很好，很安静，车停在古城外（没有通行证不让进古城）客栈有专车接送！家人都很满意！

好评！！！必须好评！酒店设施齐全，老板娘和前台服务小妹人很好，免费接站，帮忙联系去王家大院的车，还没加费用升级房型，本来订的是不含早餐的，老板娘还是很热心的免费提供了早餐，三四样小菜，小米粥，馒头，鸡蛋，个人认为清单，但很合口。房间卫生很好。客栈在县衙旁边，出门右拐不到一百米，去其他景点也都很方便，客栈古朴典雅，住的很舒心，非常满意！！！
