店家服务都很好，其中一个戴眼镜的前台小姑娘是学生很亲切，饭菜口味也还可以，房间除了有点小之外，其他都还好，能免费到古城外的停车场接送，客栈位置离古城中心很近

老板亲自驱车接站；一家三口网订房间比较小，老板娘见一家三人就主动免费为我们升级为大房。房间古色古香，干净整洁。提供免费纯净水和地图。整个评价:感动，舒适！愿生意兴隆！

酒店不错，在古城中心位置，方便又不喧闹。老式的驿馆院落古色古香。一家三口出来，免费帮我们升级到套房，晚上在院子里看喝茶星星很是惬意。自驾车要停到下西关停车场附近，酒店提供免费接送。唯一的缺点是房间洗澡水太热，不能调节。推荐这家。

不错，很有特色的地方，土炕古香古色的，环境不错，有独立卫浴，空调，无线。客栈服务态度特别好，提前打电话，前台详细告诉交通情况，提供免费接送站服务。免费早餐也很好，自助，吃的很饱，哈哈😄。出门帮助联系租车服务，价格实惠，提供的地图也很实用。总之，第一次来平遥就住到这么贴心的酒店，简直太幸运了。以后再来还住这，强烈推荐!

整个院子很不错 不过房间简直太小了 ，还不干净，总统还行吧，老板挺热情还有专车去门口接送！
