室外环境不错，室内就是老样式的房间，卫生间小，室内黑暗，被褥也不是经常换吧，本人不是很喜欢这种客栈形式的旅馆儿

客栈的风格是属于古香古色那种，住里面感觉挺好的，就是没有整体供暖，十一的时候去住已经有点冷了，不过可以开空调的。但是床太硬了，我有点睡不惯。

酒店离县衙非常近，典型的平遥古色古香风格，房间很干净，摆设也是讲究。我们订的是套间，艺龙上注明是两铺炕和一间大床，但与实际不符，属于表述有误。酒店经理为此向我们道歉并补偿午餐一顿。可见还真有晋商的风范。

主事的刘师傅不错，很热情，房间比较干净，布置还算整洁。总体感觉与人们常识中的星级宾馆形象不太符合，主要是房间面积实在太小了、床是木板床不是很舒服，地理位置还可以靠近县衙。啤酒巨贵，普通杏花村啤酒12元一瓶，俺喝不起，出门10米超市买的杏花村，3元一瓶。早餐极其差，粥、咸菜2样、鸡蛋、花卷，咸菜难吃，粥与洗碗水差不多，也睁大了眼睛看不见米。

房间有浴霸，洗澡很暖和。早餐时间7:30-8:00，时间太局限，两个早上都没有吃上早饭。前台态度非常好，临走还送了小礼物
