2019年1月22号晚上8点入住，前台两个小姐姐服务态度非常不好，给的房间卫生不干净，电视被人砸坏，我们要求换房间，他们说卫生间水池里有水不给换，房间没有动才可以换，请问你给我的房间有问题我们才进去的。是你们的责任，我进去洗吧手就算动房间了，他们上来看了看还是不给换，一脸的仇恨，快过年了也没有给他们计较，也有孩子，反正一晚上心情都不好，这种态度你这个酒店要是能干好才怪，大家注意吧

周边环境不好。建议去费县吃完饭过去，因为吃饭的饭店都是小店，害怕吃的拉肚子。但是要是去沂蒙山龟蒙旅游，住在这里还是不错的，离景区相对来说是比较近，房间装修对得起价格。
