度假村的环境一级棒，鸟语花香，虫鸣蛙叫，天然氧吧。从钢筋混凝土的丛林里出来，在此享受几日的宁静。篱笆院非常有特色，就像小时候老家的院子，静谧温馨又不缺烟火气。服务人员的态度很好，来蒙山旅游必选之住宿地。

酒店位置很好，离龟蒙山景区很近，宾馆周边环境好，像个小度假村，房间类型很多，篱笆院挺有特色，贵宾楼标间房间很大，干净卫生，周边空气新鲜，入住很舒适，关键是价格不高，早餐、晚餐都在酒店吃的，饭菜不贵，挺合口味，是个旅游度假的好地方，很满意！前台服务人员热情。

宾馆周边环境很好，空气清新，湖水清澈；房间类型多，能满足多层次住宿需求，小院很有特色；前台服务人员热情，但专业知识还有待提高，自家的房间类型个别员工不熟悉，希望加强相关培训，提高业务能力。
