I booked 4 rooms and received a phone call 2 hours prior to check in requesting payment while driving the minibus even though they had my Card as security. On arrival the property has no EFTPOS machine and each separate room needed an SMS response from their bank. I booked with AMEX but it is not accepted for payment. It was very cold and 1 room had a sign declaring that the heater was unserviceable. This was not declared at check in. The rooms themselves were really spacious and had everything required for our stay.

Before we come, we received a message stating our room is ready but when we arrived the room was messy. So they changed our room so all good but everything are not working such as the heater, AC, DVD, etc. I dont like the shower inside bathtub, its dangerous for old people.
The TV is not the smart TV. To be honest with the price that we pay we expect more. Last year we went to cessnock we stayed in the motel, we pay less money but they have smart TV, the AC is working, proper shower, etc. It's a bit underwhelming actually because the review were amazing but not in reality.

Staff were very friendly but the facilities were not convenient at all. The sofa bed was so old and mattress was almost as tin as blanket. The carpet was so filled with stains and sofa was so old and inconvenient
