刚才前面评论了一条，又去评论区看了之前别的住客评论，原来之前已经有不少住客感觉和我一样，而且2019年就有相同的评论，看来这个酒店的设施、服务管理毫无改善，非常糟糕。这是欺负到浦城的客人没得更好的选择，不要脸的赚钱啊。

作为两年才回老家过一次春节的浦城人，今年大年三十和正月初四在这个酒店住了两晚。我对这个号称目前浦城最好的酒店感到非常的失望，首先我不谈因为春节，回乡人士较多导致价格高昂，酒店的设施让人非常无语，尤其房间的洗手间，淋浴设施可能要用垃圾来形容，花洒挂都挂不住，干湿分离严重漏水，洗完澡整个洗手间地面都是湿的，洗脸盆的漏水装置也是坏的，房间插座极少，床头位置只有一个五孔插座，手机充电只能满足一个人使用，打电话给前台，服务的语气态度完全与星级酒店不匹配。早餐的食物品类也非常一般。这样的酒店，对于我长期出差住酒店的人来说，感觉就是和汉庭一个级别，简直影响浦城的形象，我不由得想起十年前浦城的丹桂山庄刚开始营业时，服务设施都非常好，而现在丹桂山庄已经沦落为一百多块的便捷酒店类型。若酒店不想重新更新设施，加强服务培训，我看桂都最终也是下一个丹桂山庄。

六楼就是KTV，非常非常吵，反复联系前台说没办法，说是KTV承包出去的，这样的服务态度很恶心
