在普洱这样的三四线城市还不错，可以定为准四星级酒店，在客房服务人员在敲客人房间门的方法等细节上还需要培训，语言稍显生硬

挺棒的，就是住单间的爸妈反映隔音不好，早上五点多被厨房切菜声音吵醒(餐厅在三楼，单间在四楼)
