真心想给差评的，酒店前台服务态度真的很不好！！！入住第一天就出现疏忽，房卡没刷，上楼以后才发现，之后找前台解决，连句礼貌性的对不起都没有，就一个字“哦”！！！？？？之后续费也是醉了，明明早上出门前就已经办理了续费，中午逛街突然接到前台电话说没有续费，我很认真的解释了续费的事实并且也表示会回酒店找之前办理续费的工作人员确认，前台依旧不依不饶强调说我没有续费，态度真心不好，五分钟后又接到电话说已经核对信息确认续费了！！！？？？Excuse
m? ?? 所以不能在打电话给顾客之前先内部确认一下吗？一副好像欠了多少钱似的语气，是真的让人很不舒服啊！如果不是酒店到医院的距离很近，是真的想要退住了。
