酒店规模很大，里面装修也不错，卫生也算可以，但管理上有欠缺。首先诺大一个酒店居然没见有保安来指挥停车。另外普洱天气本来就不冷，开冷气居然没反应，总台派服务员上来弄一下说工程部已把中央空调调成只能供暖气的了。天气不冷，穿一件长裸T恤都可以的天气只能借暖气那不是要热死人？而且酒店的房间有地毯的会有点异味，关门关窗不开点冷气实在是太闷大难道了。空调开了送风功能一股好大的异味出来只能全关了。总觉得有这样规模的酒店却有如此的管理实在在可惜了。
