酒店很有特色。如果不是时间匆忙我们还想再住几天。酒店很安静，适合我们都市来客，可以喝喝茶，聊聊天，认识朋友。在这个酒店可以把心静下来。只可惜时间太赶，希望以后有机会去普洱的话我们还是会选择这个酒店。

这个豪华套房是我住过的最大的套房，进去之后小伙伴们都惊呆了，后面有个小园林，可惜没有时间逛，服务不错，早餐也不错。但奇怪的是，偌大一个房间竟然只找到一个插头，还有洗澡的时候水会到处流。总体不错，下次还会入住。

服务很周到，服务员怕我们找不到，主动带我们过去，酒店是花园式的，一个一个的小园子，我们住的园子里还有一个小亭子里，可以品茶，房间里面的面积也很大，卫生做的不错，就是洗澡间只用半面玻璃隔，洗澡时的水弄到外面了，这点有点不好，其它的都不错。

各方面挺不错的，像花园别墅。就是我住的总台右边这栋没有网络信号。还有我的两个标间22号入住1晚，208一间，当时前台下了我的信用卡800元担保金和房费，至今未返回担保金，中间电话交涉多次未果。携程网也下了我的担保金，差不多1000元，请与携程对接，速把我的担保金退还，以免影响信誉
