酒店设施很新，但是服务员对周围路况和环境都不熟悉，问了怎么去茶博苑，在哪？服务员没一个知道。酒店附近有个茶园，可以上山散步，居然也没有服务员知道。酒店很大，却没有包车、接机服务，也没有旅游服务，太遗憾
