我们在艺龙网上预订了这家酒店，入住时因房源紧没有了预定的房型，酒店服务非常好帮我们升了两个级直接换成了行政标间观景房，超级的大阳台正对梅子湖，景色迷人，房间设施非常好，小筒普洱茶免费品尝，味道很好哦！下次一次还去住开元梅子湖酒店

我只能说是非常非常好的一家酒店，设施好、环境好、服务好。酒店外面就是梅子湖，湖边有木质栈道，可以沿湖边散步，非常舒适宁静，还有室内游泳池，停车也非此便利。酒店外面就有很多吃农家特色菜的地方，打个电话酒店就可免费安排电瓶车送到大门口，吃完饭在大门口保安会用对讲机联系电瓶车来接，非常好的服务。值得推荐。希望今后有机会还能入住。

酒店环境很好，服务也很好。住了一晚过三天后又去住了一晚。感觉很不错。自助餐也不错。梅子湖的景色很美。下次还去住。
