前台服务挺好的，订的4/22的房，去了前台查不到，才发现我订成了5/22的，感觉很尴尬。
然后前台让我修改成今天（4/22）的，
改是改了，可是没有喜欢的房型了，就订了一个没窗的，前台给免费升级（房型）有窗。
前台很热情。

酒店位置非常好，旁边就是地铁。美食也非常多，对面嘉里中心很多好吃的。交通也非常方便，距离西湖步行十多分钟，这家酒店前台的服务非常热情，尤其是大堂经理小郑服务态度给我的感觉非常温馨，火车东站下车不知道怎么去酒店，小郑经理电话里面很温柔很客气的给我讲怎么坐车，酒店能有这样的员工真的是老板的福气，房间卫生也很干净，早餐也非常丰富，强烈推荐朋友入住米兰花园酒店，再次感谢米兰花园所有员工的热情接待。

入住酒店 整体感觉不怎么样，房间小，主要是有异味，一个这样星级的酒店 既然还有异味。还有窗户漏风，好冷。空调没有暖气。

还可以吧，酒店位置非常好，去湖边游览步行也就十来分钟，饮食也很方便，酒店二楼就有饭店，门口地铁站里面的餐饮店也非常丰富，就是房间比较迷你了点，不过淋浴热水水量超级大，非常非常舒服！br酒店后面就是军营（警备区），早上六点吹起床号，然后就是出操的操练声，121.121.1234。br酒店早上自助餐很好，比较丰富。
