  一直住某芸朵，想着换个环境住下，结果不如人意，丽枫也是住过几次的，但这家的整体环境衞生都不太行，而且楼下是学校，一早就被吵醒，被子上还有脏东西。

  酒店整体看起来很新，应该是刚装修不久，从进大堂到房间感觉都很不错，大堂很凉快，前台小姐姐服务态度很亲和，感觉像熟人一样，房间衞生也不错，几乎挑不出什麽毛病，晚上睡觉也很安静，可以收藏一下这宝藏酒店！

  房间设施都比较旧了，桌面枱麪都有烟头烫的痕迹，房间灯光很暗。重要一点服务不专业，我从揭阳丽枫酒店去到普宁丽枫，揭阳的丽枫刚给我做过会员升级，是银卡客户可以到一点退房，但是到了普宁前台要求我十二点退房，我説我是银卡客户是可以一点退房吧，前台小哥説，那个丽枫和我们不是一家，後来打官方客服核实，不管加盟还是直营只要是会员都可以享受延迟退房服务，前台小哥是把信口雌黄演绎到极致了。
