来也匆匆，去也匆匆，虽説只住了一晚，但整体感觉不错，还给免费升级了山景房，酒店位置在市政府边上，窗外政府大院景象尽收眼底，酒店设施很新，房内装饰及布局典雅舒适，比较符合我的审美，酒店前台办理入住的工作人员小倪服务特别细心周到，真心让人有种宾至如归的感觉。

Good spread of breakfast except the coffee fromthe coffee machine were very cold. The staff were very helpful to warm it for us . All the staff were very helpful, especially Demi, David, Sandy n Fanny.

坦白讲真系比较失望?其实好耐冇住过啲咁差嘅酒店真系差过宾馆首先个冷气呢系完全系一个摆设嚟嘅住第一晚嘅时候成晚都系流晒汗瞓唔到嘅同佢哋沟通过话搵人上嚟处理过呢都系冇用然后最后俾咗个风扇我.......然后转个头呢个厕所系塞咗嘅佢哋亦都系话会搵人上嚟处理啦然后处理完呢个马桶地板全部系湿晒嘅马桶上面仲有屎嘅??冇办法我落返去前台佢哋俾咗张房咭我叫我去隔篱房去厕所嗰间房系好凉嘅摆明我间房个冷气系坏咗但系佢哋冇换房俾我????最后前台俾咗罐曲奇我哋表示致歉???即系决唔决定入住呢就真系自己考虑吓???????

设施：五星级酒店，设施都很完备。有健身房和25米室内恒温游泳池，泳池乾净，里面还有一个温泉池子，游完泡一下不要太舒服！
衞生：乾净整洁，桌子一尘不染！
环境：位置特别好，对面就是市政府，交通便利，去哪都很方便。绿植也多，五楼还有室外小花园和秋千，可以拍拍照！
服务：很热情周到。特别是前台小佘，特别温柔甜美的一个姑娘，积极主动问需求，还有热乎乎的现烤曲奇饼，一到就感受到了温馨。家人都很满意，点赞点赞！

特别喜欢住希尔顿，全球连锁品牌，让人住着放心，所以这次来莆田市区旅游毫无悬念选择希尔顿，服务果然没有让我失望，前台美女小佘热情周到，甜心水果饮料及时准备，缓解旅途劳累，非常感谢哦。早餐丰富，满足各地人羣口味。1公里外的绶溪公园风景独好，城市与自然的美景结合令人身心都愉悦！
