酒店交通便利，依山傍水，风景优美，真心是不错的哦。刚到酒店就有礼宾员出来热情迎接，他们个个很热情很礼貌，每个服务员脸上都洋溢着温暖亲切的笑容，前台办理登记手续很快。酒店客房设施设备也非常完善， 床躺上去也很舒适。在客房，酒店每个客房服务员碰见面都会跟你点头微笑问好，远远看见你过来就会跑过来问你有什么需要有什么可以帮到你。给人一种宾至如归的感觉；房间很干净，还要一个漂亮的小阳台，阳台的温泉池很好。
酒店康体设施齐全，室内的有酒店一楼的健身房免费提供住客锻炼， 健身房挺好的， 健身设施设备都很齐全。康体区域还配备桌球室、 棋牌室。 室外的有网球场和篮球场。酒店外围有散步的跑道，可以沿着跑道一直散步绶溪公园。
自助餐的餐厅在一楼，赶上美食节，菜超级好吃。餐厅旁边有个儿童乐园，用餐期间小朋友可以在儿童乐园里玩，小朋友玩得很开心。
