酒店绿化和环境都不错，安静不吵，离市区也不远，交通出行很方便，酒店大堂很高大上，前台小谢帮我办理入住，速度快，服务态度很好，还介绍了酒店知识。大堂副理小马帮忙提行李并且送我去房间，再去房间的路上介绍了酒店的娱乐设施，酒店康体中心还有乒乓球和健身房，服务很周到。房间有阳台，让人觉得很舒适，还送了水果，让人很惊喜。下次还会选择入住的。

莆田悦华酒店员工素质真的不错，入住时候，前台安小姐将我的房间按照我的要求，安排的很满意，房间位置、朝向都很好。酒店的客房小姐姐很用心的给孩子用毛巾折叠了可爱的动物，将房间布置得非常温馨。酒店软硬件配套非常人性化，宝宝全程心情非常好，直呼下一次还要来。房间的卫生干净、整洁。
早餐挺好，品种丰富，餐厅面积大，吃完的脏碟子清理及时。
住店期间，感谢酒店员工地耐心讲解，尤其是前厅的林先生，真是莆田的万事通，回答疑问耐心细致，解决问题迅速 。还有迎宾几个小伙子、开电动车的师傅、自助餐的服务生服务员，保洁大姐等等都没机会问名字，态度特别特别好，让我感觉下次不住都不行！让人舒适温暖！服务周到贴心！给一百个赞
