  酒店前台服务及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。酒店的房间非常干净、卫生，一进房门感觉空气比较清新。

  下半夜没订到酒店，客服帮忙订的 进去房间绝对是几十年的老宾馆味…空调开了以后室内噪音很大，给前台打电话想换房间，过来的阿姨答复说噪音是正常的，她听不到…于是想克服一下，睡了二十分钟睡不着。再打，阿姨又过来说"在外面要适应…"于是半夜果断退房走人 住过差的，这是最差的，没有之一!
