服务态度好，热情周到，房间干净整洁；早餐和晚餐的品种都很丰富，是住过的酒店中最好的；在房间可以看到外面的景色，对面就是莆田市政府。唯一不足的是房间隔音效果不好，能听到外面的人说话。
