房间卫生被子床单都很干净整洁，周囤环境优良，离凤凰山公园和公交车发起站(有直达动车站的)很近很方便，附送的自助式早餐品种丰富，美味可口，总台和楼层.服务员态度很好。到店较晚因卫生间排气扇损坯通风不好，反映后及时派人修理，因专业师傅已下班未能修好，及时调整另一间设施完好的房间。主要问题早起晨练后洗澡洗头热水不够热，有待改进。

酒店服务态度非常差，我小孩子不到1.2米还要收早餐费。后面又来了一个带小孩的。尽然又不用收钱。再也不会去入住了。卫生也非常差。
