这是我见过最差的酒店，我定的还是商务间。电梯一出来一股恶味扑鼻，打开房间门，地毯非常的脏，像用了十几年，都是烟味参杂的各种臭味。我要求酒店换一间房，结果还是一样。最后我实在没办法申请退房，只希望退房，可以扣取手续费，但是酒店叫我找艺龙网站，艺龙网站说不行，找酒店。最后我一个女孩子三更半夜，自己出去找酒店。然后订的这家酒店都没住，一分钱也没退。
