服务像国营旅社，前台态度傲慢，设施也陈旧，住的这间房卫生间天花板少了一块露出个黑洞，里面有个红光不断在闪烁，挺吓人，住过这酒店几次，每次体验都不好，虽然离办事地点近但以后真不想住了

地理位置相对于想看红木的客人来说，是没得说的，就在红木城里面，但酒店的设施和卫生真的连好点的宾馆都不如，换了两次房，墙纸很多都剥落了，卫生也差，前台服务员的态度还好，清洁阿姨就很一般，我要换房的时候因为有两个箱子叫她帮我拿一下行理到电梯门口，她就只帮我拿出房门口，叫我自己回头来拿，无语，还有那早餐，我们只是去看了一下也没有吃，酒店附近也没有什么吃的地方，还有网上看到的价格真的不能住人，后面到前台换房还补了100元的差价，只能说这个价格住这地方，真不值，不过也没办法，好像附近也没有什么比较好的地方，这次去得也匆忙，希望下次能找到好点的地方。
