酒店前台还行，保洁人员特别热情，硬件设施挺高级，但细节服务一般。洗手间地上有两个白色细长烟头，用纸巾一擦，地面竟然是棕黄色污垢。浴缸也不够干净，冲凉玻璃门关不住，毛巾有些泛潮，被子枕头也不象其他酒店那种清爽舒适的感觉，个人猜测是洗涤公司没做好，还有可能房间通风不够强，浴室水汽侵蚀。硬件方面完全不啻于五星级，却伤在细节上很可惜。晚上上洗手间被镜子反影吓了一跳，以为有人躲那里，然后看看黑冷的装饰风格，真觉得心里有点寒。这种装修高贵庄重，但没亲和力，只适用于夜总会包厢那种地方。硬件已经不是说改就变的，希望把卫生做细点，跟人身体直接接触的物品和地方该重点清理，相反那些沙发地毯椅柜有点不足，没人会太在意。

其实一进酒店，就想给五星好评的，房间真心布置的不错，豪华大气，有点广州中国大酒店的味道，和前一天入住的同样五星级的温州华侨饭店相比，简直一个天上一个地下……可惜酒店的细节还要提高，服务生要加强培训，早餐九点下楼，餐厅明明空了很多桌子，却堆满客人吃剩的残羹剩饭没人收拾，也不知道是服务生懒惰还是酒店安排的餐厅人员太少，反正看见这些满餐厅的残羹剩饭，我是早餐食欲都没有了，简单吃了几口就走了，见图！
