酒店刚开的，环境不错，问题是这个房间马桶在房间里面对着床没有任何搁挡，也是服气了，卫生还是不错的，就来说说服务，开房的时候前台两个小姑娘，应该是携程的活动所以我实际付的钱少六块，然后她自己没有看清楚是携程的活动，竟然给我说实际到账的钱不对，让我退了吧，退了吧！关键还义正严辞的！麻烦你业务不熟练回去培训好么？幸好另一个姑娘解决了，另外我在携程订的是有早餐，打电话问前台，说没有早餐，我说携程明明就有，她竟然又给我来句，你去问携程……真的是服气了，你们自己跟携程没有沟通好为什么要让消费者买单？那是不是下次携程写的价格你们到呢还要交钱啊？真的是服气了，再也不会住了

首先环境不错，但是房间的格局不敢苟同，作为这么高档次酒店无线网络确实不咋地，电视的网络机顶盒看不了其他节目，可能和房间位置有关系。晚上送水果比较人性化，但是退房时开发票，发票压线不合格后可以多少感觉到前台的不耐心！
总体而言作为经常出差住酒店的我而言，感觉差点！
