体验十分不美丽.停车恶心的事不用说了，他们保安大叔工作人员情商也太鸟不的.就一个字恶.刚开始一间房，灯坏了我们要求换房，工作人员搞能半天，搞好了不过一会上卫生间又灯次拉拉又闪了声音都挺吓人的，我们又要求换房，他们又搞我们黑漆漆等.搞半天没搞好才让我们换房.好了房间洗澡水还堵.更恶心的是好不容易休息一天早上8点工作人员敲门.一个敲一个.搞卫生的我们没有要求进来搞卫生差点没把她那大吸尘器推进来能卫生.整个体验服务及其不专业，人家自己家有房子不住，跑过来的目的是干嘛，无非感受更好的服务跟感受.根本没有把客人放在第一位.都现在觉得都不舒服.

早餐等了半小时都没有菜和粥，房间没网络，从入住到离开洗澡水全部都是热的，没一点凉水，大热天怎么洗澡，离开的时候最起码五六个人都有类似的问题，酒店的硬件设施还是不错的，希望在服务方面提高一点！

总体来说很好，但独具特色的1点半退房让人感觉很不习惯，另外卫生间味道很大，排风一直开着也没有什么效果，刚进屋小飞虫比较多
