可以说徒有虚名吧……服务员态度恶劣……这么冷的天居然没有空调……问服务员回答就是哪家宾馆现在有空调的……坑爹、楼下KTV吵得夜里两点左右才能消停……大床房都是靠路边的……一夜都不要入睡……垃圾垃圾就是垃圾……特别说的是被子床单可能很多天没换了……睡在上面浑身都痒……建议大家不要住进来……

之前在同程上定过很多次酒店，一直很好👍从来没有像这次的酒店如此差劲！晚上周边太吵闹，楼下KTV吵到很晚。最垃圾的是第二天晚上居然没热水供应，从7:00多就打电话给总台询问，一上来就说酒店入住人数太多，热水供应不上，在烧呢，估计要等半小时左右，好吧，我们也信了，然后就一直在卫生间等热水，等了4个半小时也没来。（关键衣服都脱了）多次电话总台，最后居然回答我们说，他们也没办法，要不让我们退房。我火啊，晚上9点多了，让我们退房，又是元旦期间，让我们去哪里找住所！？最后我们火了，反复责问他们，居然说实话了，说供暖系统坏了，在检修。好吧，你干嘛一上来要欺骗我们？还赶我们退房，说实话了我们也能理解的。到22:00了还没来！本来我们白天玩了一天的天柱山很累了想早点洗个热水澡休息的，反而被酒店折腾到很晚！另外，晚上在他们酒店吃饭也发生了很不愉快的事，该点的菜居然都没帮我们点，点好的菜没上就确认上菜了，买单时还乱结帐。本来来天柱山玩倒是留下了不错的印象，谁知遇到了这么多晦气事！
