酒店什么都好、就不知道人性化细节服务。因为陪孩子高考、中午休息到2点正好退房、我们自己也清楚、但1点20分孩子刚睡着前台就催退房、告知我们知道、1点半多点服务员又大声敲门说退房、很无语、做服务行业连高考这样大事都不能够处理合理、哪怕过退房时间多收点钱也不能轻易打扰孩子
