设施非常好，黄台湖和滦河的景色透过落地窗一览无遗。天洋广场的商业也多了，吃饭购物比原来方便。酒店的餐也很好，午餐和晚餐都在酒店吃的，不过没有位子打包回房间。

酒店环境设施很棒，硬件大气豪华舒适。
房间超大，敞亮，很好，窗帘还是电动的，酒店内外部环境都不错。
酒店前台和客房服务人员态度很好，手续办理便捷。
酒店三楼的餐厅，菜量大，菜品香，服务人员热情周到。
