酒店设施齐全，还为顾客准备了针线包，非常周到，但是二楼的餐厅的服务和菜的口味有待提高，四星级酒店餐厅还不如外面的农家乐好吃！汗颜！别的都不错！

酒店房间一般，卫生间很小。早餐也一般，规模很小的，连面食都没有。南面有个钢管堆场，早晨6点起开始装卸车，声音吵得不得了。所谓四星不太符实。

看了评论才决定住这家酒店，评论那么高也不知道怎么来的，酒店真是奇葩，我在网上预订了一天两间房，入住的时候前台也没有问我要不要续住，等到我第二天去办理续住的时候，就不给我续住了，后来说续住也可以，房费由438涨到688，这我也接受了，奇葩的是酒店发信息就给我了一间房，我们4个人怎么住，没办法我们只能从别的酒店找房间，等我要去把这家酒店的房间退掉的时候，告诉我们不能退房，房间已经留好了，如果要退，就付半天的房费，说来说去就是酒店想怎么样，就怎么样，顾客就是任他们宰割，告诫各位想住这家酒店的还是考虑清楚。
