8月初预定家庭房，9月初入住，因行程变化，入住时间缩短，办理入住手续时，与前台说明一下，结果前说能按照当天门市价办理，费用是五星级，设施服务是二星级，来千岛湖玩旅游，为了快乐，想想就忍了。

酒店就在千岛湖码头，地理位置及佳，酒店设施干净卫生、服务也很人性化。这是我住过在景区最好的酒店，赛过五星级酒店！
