服务很好，私人管家小泉特别表扬，非常贴心，赞一个！就是酒店设施太差，布局不好，淋浴房两头通风，洗澡太冷，老婆怀孕了，结果被冻感冒了！空调噪音大，湖景房看不到湖，虚假宣传！去的时候一定要问好，房费提前交了不会退的！！

很棒的地方，家庭出游十分好，有机会再次去，房间都很大，过年期间人不多，棒！早餐丰富，交通便利 很有特色。

酒店很好，喜欢这种感觉，下次去还会入住这里，就是狮城还没规划好，晚上没什么好玩的，景区里吃的也少，不过不影响酒店的体验，很完美

闹中取静，景色非常美，房间设施设备好，洗手间干湿分离，空间非常大，大浴缸还能泡个澡相当惬意。酒店管家小章服务到位，态度非常好

酒店不错，都是徽派院落式，房间很大，就是离千岛湖景区太远，差不多还要再开一小时车程，早餐是点餐不是自助，大概是因为人少。服务人员培训一般，见面都不会主动问好需要加强。可以带宠物这点不错👍

酒店比较偏，而且不应该用景区门票作为吸引客人的理由，因为门票根本不要钱。其他的设施及环境还是不错的。
