这家酒店的服务基本没有，自助餐住店158一位，儿童78一位，菜品极差，不如三星酒店的早餐！除了看一下湖水，服务，早餐，房间设施不如三星，入住时和前台讲我们有小朋友的房间安静一点，结果入住当天晚上十点二十，小朋友刚入睡，楼上不清楚在干什么使尽敲楼板，我们以为楼上装修打电话和前台讲楼上吵，我们有小朋友刚入睡，结果前台一个尽的讲不可能的不可能的，火大了录音让他们自己听，后来也没人解决，第二天也没人回访也没人问一下是否需要调房间，回程出租车师傅聊天他说这是一家老酒店，按正常他们的收费，服务应该好的！出租车师傅说有很多住客也经常讲这家酒店服务差，早餐差，到酒店门口有行礼员就是没人动一下，车门没人开，行礼自己拿！总之我是实情反馈！要入住确实需要很大勇气！

环境很好，酒店的服务也都很好很热情，房间感觉装修时间有点久了显得不是很新，但是房间大也很舒适，酒店一楼有儿童乐园和泳池，适合亲子游

早餐很好！服务很周到！关键无边泳池和湖水碧水相连，美的一塌糊涂！住了一天哪里都没去就在酒店玩耍了！第一天入住前台姓任的小姐姐帮我们做了升级和赠送了小礼物很是开心！本来选酒店在家就很迷茫那现在好开心！下次带爸妈来就住这里你非常值得入住的酒店！湖景房美如画
