很不错 度假酒店 服务超好 带小孩还给升级了亲子房 康体游泳的前台小张很好 给小孩认真选择泳圈 赠送泳帽 孩子自己先进去 着急跳下去游泳 结果泳圈翻了 救生员穿着衣服直接进去把孩子捞起来 虽然没记得名字 但特别 真的很感谢 总得来说这次出行很满意 下次来还会来这里

位置很好，环境也不错，外面就是千岛湖。但是前台服务较差：网上订的房间显示“大/双床”，到了现场说大床要加钱，一番理论之后给安排了一个大床。但是最可恶的是那个房间有异味，并且晚上空调管道声音很大，害得半夜11点安排换房（换房时知道那个房间是样板房，平时较少住人）
