环境5星：实在太美了，酒店很豪华，房间有个小阳台，湖心的美景全部收揽在阳台内映入眼帘，大冬天的住个好酒店观景就好，不要坐船去湖中央吹刺骨寒风
服务5星：服务员见到你拎一堆行李会主动过来帮忙推行李 ，赞一个
餐厅：早餐免费，中西式餐点都有品种丰富，晚餐我也在酒店吃的，跟外面价格差不多，并不贵。

酒店紧临中心湖区码头和秀水街，景致超赞，早餐每天更换品种，楼层保洁会主动打招呼。特别是前台小叶，入住时银行卡遇到小问题，小叶非常有耐心，并给了房间免升。
