酒店就在广场旁边，的确没有电梯，得自己拎行李上楼，98这个价格还是不错的，下来吃的挺多，有专门吃有机鱼的餐厅，也有简单的吃的，非常方便。不过临街的这面是有点吵。晚上有人宵夜，早上餐厅进货。总体还是不错的，相对这上价格来说。

酒店性价比较高，价钱比较实惠。交通比较方便，4路车到码头。7路车到客运中心。出门口就可以看到千岛湖。旁边是市中心，千岛湖广场，推荐上面的秀水人家吃鱼不错。酒店工作人员比较热情。
但是，进出门实在是一种煎熬，旁边的北大荒鱼馆飘来的鱼腥味让人实在受不了。
后面建筑工地的噪声也比较大。幸好晚上没有施工。

酒店位置很好就在广场边上.前台接待也很热情.房间卫生一般面积较小设施有待提高.酒店没有自己的停车位需停在对面的有偿停车位上或停在旁边的马路牙上面.

价格属于适中，环境及服务属于很差。酒店老板一看到旅行团立刻两眼放光，对散客置之不理。房间设备很差，房间里有两个灯是坏的，马桶的冲水盖也是坏的，跟老板沟通老板说本来就这样，要求换房老板说没房，其实房间很多，就是不给我们换房，空调很旧很旧，轰轰响。房间的旁边是建筑工地，特别吵
重点重点是老板一点职业操守都没有，在我们不在房间的时候擅自进入房间，说是无限路由装在我们房间里，要去开，进房间之前没有经过我们的同意，打声招呼都没有，对此表示很愤怒，而老板却表现的特别淡定。总之，这家店，慎选
