不好，用过的毛巾还放在那儿，不干净，不清爽，灯还不是很亮，有点恐怖，可能是心理因素，因为要的是单人房，所以就不是很好，洗了个澡就赶紧出来，不敢住

差差差，千万不要选择这家宾馆！旅游最糟糕的一次。下次再也不要在艺龙旅行网上订房间了！说说我的经历。原本定了千岛湖瑶记主题酒店。到地方后酒店说没有房间了，但手机上显示订单成功！后来给艺龙打电话退款的问题，那边员工推荐住宿所谓的锦鑫宾馆，并且说这个宾馆是舒适型宾馆比我原先预定的还要好！其实不然！评分明明3.4分的经济型宾馆。我后来选择入住松城宾馆。前后电话大约三分钟时间，员工给我订的房间就不能退订单了。不清楚这个员工与锦鑫中间是否存在拿回扣的问题。投诉无果！联系锦鑫宾馆后。强行买卖就是喽！不予理会。老板电话故意不接。从来没碰到过这种无良商家。
