酒店住得很舒服内设有达四星，早餐就比较普通三星标准，酒店带泳池，就冲这点来的，另外觉得枕头太高睡得不舒服。

很好，孩子很开心。酒店很新，游泳池也很干净，早餐20几种，床很大，只是枕头太高，空调开小都很冷，我还去千岛湖农贸市场买了条鱼，才10元一斤，

订了两晚的房间，因为两晚所住房型不同，所以当时是分兩個订单订的，第一晚到酒店被告知没查到名字，只能电联携程，估计是哪个环节出了问题，总之我们等了一个多小时才拿到房卡。当问前台次日有无我们名字的订单，酒店居然也查不到，怕次日再有类似情况发生，于是再次电话携程让客服跟酒店协调好，客服服务不错，晚上特意来电告知，并提到了酒店一位预订部经理的姓，称该经理已经保证次日入住絕對没问题，本想这下总可放心了吧！但怎么也不曾料到，第二天下午游湖回到酒店欲办理手续時又被告知找不到订单，无奈只能再电携程，并耐着性子等，心中除了不满更诧异这究竟是怎么回事，问题出在哪里，听酒店说这个订单不是携程下的。谁下订单都不要紧，但关键是要衔接好，不希望再有类似的事情发生了。
