酒店很好，服务态度比较差，前台服务人员基本的礼貌都没有让客人感觉到好象来她家住没有付给她钱一样，从头到尾一副苦逼脸并且说话凶巴巴的不知道的人还以为欠了她多少钱一样，最差的服务了。

订之前打电话问了高级大床和豪华大床房的区别，高级是1-9层，想着视眼开阔些，定的豪华，结果跑去一看，一层之后就是五层。我住的十一层实际上就是8层。。给我升级了一个套房，有个客厅，客厅也有个阳台可以看山，但观湖的视野没有隔壁房间好，他们的阳台凸出的，挡住了我这边部分风景。卫生什么的还不错。我儿子特别喜欢住。
